How She Started

From Ranch Roots to Oregon’s #1 Coldwell Banker Companies

Lucinda Hage’s story begins on a ranch in central Oregon, where hard work, grit, and resilience were a way of life. Those values carried her through early careers in the emergency medical field, event coordination, and hospitality—industries that sharpened her ability to lead under pressure, communicate with empathy, and deliver exceptional service.

In 2005, after moving to the Portland metro area, Lucinda became a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker. From the start, her vision was bigger than sales—she wanted to build something lasting, to lead, and to make an impact in the industry. Just four years later, in 2009, she seized the opportunity to purchase a small Coldwell Banker office in Newberg, Oregon, with only seven agents.

That decision became the foundation for a remarkable growth story. Through relentless focus on culture, systems, and agent success, Lucinda grew the company into nine thriving offices with 130+ agents spanning the Valley, Portland metro, and Oregon Coast. Her companies have been recognized as the #1 Coldwell Banker group in Oregon for several consecutive years, a testament to her leadership and her unwavering commitment to excellence.


Coaching and InfluEncing

Since 2017, Lucinda Hage has been more than just a coach with Tom Ferry International—she’s been a force of transformation. When she first stepped into the role, she brought with her a wealth of experience as a business owner, leader, and real estate professional. Her proudest role

Lucinda often says that her greatest job isn’t running companies or leading teams—it’s being Laura’s mom. Growing up, she was blessed with parents who were hands-on: a mother who was always present and a father who showed her the value of hard work. That balance shaped her deeply, and it’s the gift she wants to pass on to Laura.

Since she was a baby, Laura has grown up watching her mother work, lead, and build, already sparking in her an entrepreneurial spirit. Yet beyond the business, what matters most to Lucinda is time—time spent watching Laura learn, flourish, and grow into her own light. Whether at home or traveling together, she treasures every moment.

For Lucinda, success isn’t defined by numbers or titles, but by raising a daughter who knows she is loved, supported, and inspired. And in that, being a mom will always be the most important and most rewarding role of all.
